Green ministers work for the enemy? The Ministry of Justice and Stefanishyna raid the NGO “Non-Stop”

The Ministry of Justice, together with raiders, seized our NGO Non-Stop, taking advantage of a Russian hacker attack on Ukraine’s state registers and their temporary non-functioning.
There was an unprecedented case of re-registration of an NGO for unknown pounds of the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, the head and founder of Non-Stop learned about these changes from… a chatbot.
Background.
On December 5 and 16, S. Lopotsiuk from the Central Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice in Kyiv refused to re-register, finding falsifications.
However, on January 10, when the registers of the Ministry of Justice were no longer working, the woman decided that the forged signatures in the constituent documents were not so fake, accepting the documents and making changes, despite the fact that the current head of Non-Stop was not known to be there. Moreover, we have already learned about this after receiving a message from the Opendatabot chatbot.
To understand, the same manipulations with state registers cost not much, not a little for some – 20 thousand dollars. I wonder what kind of kickback Lopotsiuk herself received from this amount?
Imagine 20 thousand dollars for the raider seizure of a non-governmental organization whose authorized capital is 0. So what were the motives of the customers? And what’s the point of such manipulations if we continue our human rights activities anyway? If they had extra money, they could have spent it on the Armed Forces, donated to the affected regions, rather than primitive manipulations that would have resulted in a “nut” for everyone involved.
For 30 years, the authorities have deliberately left a conflict whereby the state registrar is not obliged to verify the authenticity of the documents submitted when re-registering companies or real estate. In other words, an unauthorized person can bring documents with your signature, and the state registrar does not check them and is not responsible for this. But in fact, everything is checked. Not even a fly can get through there for free, and they obviously turn a blind eye for a reason.
By the way, about the answer. Non-Stop’s lawyers are already preparing the necessary documents to deal not only a media but also a legal blow to the bribed Ministry of Justice.
We have a lot to tell, because both former Minister Maliuska and the current head of the Ministry, Stefanishyna, have a lot of “skeletons in the closet” and continue to rotate budget money around their own pockets.
Who didn’t know, the day before, the Ministry spent 2 billion on defense against cyberattacks. And what do we have now? The registers are still not working correctly, unable to recover from Russian interference. Despite the words of Fedorov from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Stefanishyna herself, the attack was not so easy to deal with.
The Ministry of Justice continues to sign “golden contracts,” giving millions to affiliates of Medirent Solutions LLC, IT Specialist LLC, Institute of Information Technology PJSC, and BSS Ukraine LLC, which we will discuss later.
And Ivan Pavlenko, Deputy Director General of the State Enterprise “NAIS” – responsible, among other things, for the cybersecurity of the registers – illegally left Ukraine in March 2022 and spent two years in Europe, while receiving a salary from the budget of more than UAH 5 million.
Then-Minister Maliuska and the newly appointed Stefanishyna not only turned a blind eye to Pavlenko’s actions, but were themselves involved in corruption cases.
Isn’t it clear from the name “Non-Stop” that we are unstoppable? We will use everything to our advantage. Because of our activities, we have been subjected to pressure: threats to our relatives, installation of equipment in the car, then smashing it, puncturing the wheels, burning the car, attempts and attacks near the house. They deprived me of my lawyer’s certificate, and now they decided to take away my NGO on paper. They do not understand that an NGO is not just a piece of paper. It is a team, an audience and like-minded people.
We demand a reaction from the top representatives of the Ministry of Justice.
Did you witness a crime?
