Land in Osokorki passed into the hands of Medvedchuk and Stolar

According to Bihus.info journalists, Medvedchuk’s associate Vadym Stolar illegally appropriated 50 hectares of Kyiv land that previously belonged to his business partner. This property was seized in 2022, but Stolar found a way to keep Medvedchuk’s assets even during the war.

In 2022, during the seizure of the traitor’s assets, law enforcement officers did not pay attention to some of his companies. Among them: “Orest, Osokorky-7, and Akadem-Klub, which had been formally owned by Medvedchuk for about two years. The firms had long-term leases for fifty hectares of Kyiv land on the banks of the Dnipro River, but had not started construction.

But while the media and the public were sounding the alarm, the other side was not sleeping. At first, the companies were registered with a security guard named Vadym Stolar. Later, two of the companies were re-registered to a Latvian and a Bulgarian.

What land are we talking about?

These are plots of land in Osokorky, in particular the Pozniaky-Zakhidni neighborhood, where the RiverStone, Seven, and Dnipro Island residential complexes are located. The cost of renting such land is millions of dollars! But through manipulations with a shell company, Stolar re-registered the plots to himself to “protect” the interests of his partner, who is now hiding in Moscow.

Where does Stolar’s “empire” come from? Stolar’s “empire” is financed from?

Despite his reputation, Stolar pours tens of thousands of dollars a month into self-promotion and uses a pseudo-charity fund of the same name. And although he tries to create a positive image, he spent most of the war in the “battalions” Monaco and Dubai, coming to Ukraine to solve his own issues and protect Medvedchuk’s assets. And the result is clear: in 2022 alone, his “earnings” amounted to a record 240 million UAH.

While the authorities turn a blind eye to such collaborators, Stolar and other traitors are able to profit from the war, and Medvedchuk can maintain and even increase his influence in Ukraine.

Stolar controls a number of investment funds: Stream Investment, Astera, Skilling, and the Asset Financial Group. By the way, the first one is registered to the ex-wife of MP Maystruk.

All of these funds finance the construction of a number of residential complexes in Kyiv. For example, the projects of ENSO, bUd development, BudCapital, and others. ENSO projects: FJORD, POETICA, and Diadans have already missed their commissioning deadlines, so the question of their completion is still open.

Stolar also contributed to the start of construction of the scandalous OASIS residential complex, which is now unlikely to be completed, despite the presence of thousands of investors. We covered this in detail in our investigations (links in the comments).

According to our materials, the Kyiv Bureau of Economic Investigation registered a criminal case in the URPI under No. 72024102200000053, Part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the Kyiv Bureau of Investigation registered a criminal case under No. 62024100110000168, Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

So has the Security Service of Ukraine fully accomplished the task of eradicating Medvedchuk’s influence in Ukraine? Perhaps we should pay attention to his fellow party members?
