11.11.2024 Arbitrariness of judges Business of Occupiers Investigations Kyiv

Arakhamia is the main “decision maker” in the Verkhovna Rada. TCC invasion and pressure on activists in Kyiv SkyMall

The capital’s SkyMall shopping center belongs to a DNR supporter and a person involved in the NABU case, who once seized significant assets in Odesa.

After the media mentioned the men’s connection to Russia, and concerned citizens began to come to the mall to protest peacefully, the defendants began to put pressure on dissenters not only through the mall and the police, but also through the judicial mechanism.

OPFL MP Fedir Khrystenko and his business partner Volodymyr Halanternyk are trying to silence journalists and whitewash their dirty schemes.

The defendants in high-profile corruption and anti-state cases filed a lawsuit against the popular Trukha website using administrative resources. But why are these two so active in protecting their reputation when the facts speak for themselves?

What is known?

The first of the SkyMall owners, Galanternyk, has been wanted by the NABU since 2021 under proceedings No. 42017000000001097 on the fact of involvement in the illegal seizure of assets of the Odesa community and legalization of illegally obtained income. Although it is not a secret for law enforcement officers that the businessman’s current location is in London, UK. London in the UK, no one has initiated international cooperation and Galanternyk’s return to Ukraine through extradition.

So, did the NABU simply decide to “forget and forgive” Galanternyk for all the fraud and officially allow him to manipulate assets? How else can we explain such indifference of anti-corruption activists?

Galanternyk’s ties to law enforcement and the TCC are also evidenced by the violent reaction of the latter to the peaceful protests on the territory of SkyMall. The activists were immediately detained, threatened with subpoenas and asked for their personal information under the pretext of clarifying their data. I just wonder, since when has TCC been operating as a private security company?

The second owner of SkyMall, Khristenko, is a “pure” traitor. He left Ukraine before the war and still supplies coal to the occupiers and withdraws money through fictitious companies. He is responsible for millions of dollars in intermediary deals between Ukrainian giants like Akhmetov’s Metinvest and Russian coal miners like MelTEK LLC.

Imagine that for 4 years, Khristenko’s company Heating Systems OU, Estonia, has been actively supplying anthracite coal from the Russian producer Sibantracite to ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, earning an average of $25 per ton. In the last year alone, the company supplied 300,000 tons and earned more than USD 7 million.

Subsequently, all the facts of the cooperation came to light, and law enforcement agencies launched a series of proceedings. That is why, in order to “slow down” the investigation, Khrystenko chose the easiest way – to become a member of parliament. And as we can see, it worked. With the assistance of Arakhamia, who handles parliamentary issues in the Verkhovna Rada, all criminal proceedings simply disappeared. As if they never existed.

In addition, Khrystenko’s criminal past and numerous confirmations of ties to Russia did not prevent him from obtaining a $60 million loan from the state-owned Ukreximbank in 2021 to buy the SkyMall shopping center in Kyiv through his father-in-law, Bryukhovetskyi.

Thus, one of the largest shopping malls in the capital ended up in the hands of people who openly support the aggressor and personally finance the occupiers.

What to do now?

The case initiated by Khrystenko’s lawsuit against Trukha is being considered by the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, which is famous for its pro-Russian stance and ambiguous judicial decisions. The head of the court, Martynov, has repeatedly refused to consider complaints about the inaction of law enforcement in the cases of oligarchs Boholyubov, Krippa, and others. And Anna Zabrshchik, a former chief of staff close to Martynov, has LPR documents and is actively managing a business in Luhansk.

We will be closely watching how the judges will consider the case of Khrystenko and Trukha. After all, questions of objectivity remain open. We will also appeal to the High Council of Justice to ensure that the case is also under the supervision of the controllers.

And we urge you not to sponsor the aggressor: every penny spent in SkyMall is a part for Russian shaheds and missiles. We hope that very soon the brands represented in SkyMall will refuse to cooperate and stop paying rent and, accordingly, replenish the enemy’s treasury.
