Law enforcement and courts have sold out to the traitor Tsarev and are now protecting the interests of an odious politician in Ukraine

Oleg Tsarev is a former Party of Regions member who fled Ukraine for Russia back in 2014. Since then, he has been hiding from the investigation in “friendly” Russia. In 2022, Tsarev returned to Ukraine, but to the territory of the then-occupied communities of Kyiv region. It was expected that Tsarev was to lead the “Novorossiya” created there.

It was only in 2024, 10 years after he left for Russia, that the court seized the traitor’s real estate based on SBU materials. It was not only about the facilities in Dnipro and Kyiv region, but also about sanatoriums in the occupied Crimea, which Tsarev re-registered in accordance with Russian law.

That is, as of 2024, Tsarev: systematically sponsored the aggressor by paying taxes to the budget for recreational activities, and signed an agreement with the Russian Guard for the installation and maintenance of technical security equipment at two Crimean facilities. But despite the SBU’s belated reaction, the ex-regionalist still has an influence on the current system of law enforcement and judicial authorities in Ukraine.

For example, it still controls the agricultural business. It is represented by a number of companies, in particular: AGROINVEST COMPANY LLC, AYDAR GROUP LLC, CONSULT-PRO LLC. Each of these companies is registered in the name of a U.S. citizen, but de facto, it is managed by Tsarev’s people and the politician himself.

In order to make his business more efficient, the traitor uses his connections with various levels of law enforcement and judicial authorities. For example, through Viktor Didenko, the head of the Dnipro Regional Department of the National Police, and Larysa Belchenko, the head of the Industrial District Court of Dnipro, Tsarev has carte blanche to exert unlimited pressure on his competitors. For this purpose, security forces initiate criminal proceedings and searches within them, and judges make rulings in favor of the former.

In this way, Tsarev is trying to put pressure on other agricultural structures to get rid of competition and establish a monopoly of his own “AGROINVEST COMPANY”.

As we wrote earlier, we submitted relevant materials not only to the local but also to the central law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Realizing that Didenko would personally contribute to the failure to investigate the complaints, we filed complaints with the investigating judges about the inaction of the security forces. However, here, too, we faced a circle of betrayal. A number of judges, including the HACCU, sided with the collaborator Tsarev and “did not see the elements of a crime in the actions of his structures, Didenko and Belchenko”.

But the story became even more interesting later. Yesterday, we received a ruling from the investigating judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, Buhil V. V., in case No. 761/28390/24. It concerned the inaction of the BES detectives and their ignoring of Tsarev’s crimes. The complaint was left without satisfaction, because, as the document itself said: “from the letter of the senior detective of the Main Detective Unit of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, Dyachuk G., it is clear that Kyrylo Yakovets has not been involved in the complaints filed on his behalf since 01.06.2024.”

Detective Dyachuk referred to the text of a copy of a letter allegedly from the head of the NGO “Non-Stop” Yakovets K.I. dated 18.06.2024, out. No. 18/06/2024, in which the latter stated: “…. The treatment led to the suspension of my activities as the head of the NGO “Non-Stop” and since June 2024 I have not been conducting any investigations.

At the same time, I learned that law enforcement officers, covering up for their corrupt patrons, used the Diia app to access my electronic signature and email address gononstopkyiv@gmail.com to stop my publications.

Moreover, unknown persons using my electronic signature and e-mail address continue to send out incomprehensible statements and messages, allegedly on behalf of the NGO “Non-Stop”, to which neither I nor my public association has any relation.

I am currently trying to regain access to my e-mail and signature, and am preparing a statement about the crime.”

Investigating judge Bugil V.V. had reasonable doubts that it was K.I. Yakovets who filed this complaint, and therefore did not satisfy the complaint.

However, why did neither the BES detective nor the investigating judge investigate the veracity of the letter? Why was no one confused by the absence of the CEP? Given that we certified the statement of offense with an electronic signature. Moreover, the signature from Diya has never been used by the NGO Non-Stop. But who cares?

Detective Bab Dyachuk did not verify the authenticity of the letter by communicating directly with Yakovets or by monitoring the social media of Non-Stop, which we always leave links to at the end of our statements.

There are many questions, but we can already draw a conclusion.

Absolutely no one is interested in a real investigation into the cases of traitors like Tsarev. Neither local law enforcement, nor representatives from the capital, nor judges. So why do we need numerous structures, if they have put their own benefit and earnings in the place of the state’s interests? Perhaps we are fighting the wrong enemy?

We will go all the way and initiate accountability measures for everyone, including corrupt law enforcement officers and judges who not only abuse their powers but also directly betray the country by supporting the occupiers.

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv should also be prepared. We are preparing appeals and will personally ask both Judge Buhil and Detective Dyachuk the reasons for such actions.

It’s scary to imagine how many “werewolves” are hiding in the country’s government system. We will fight each and every one of them.
